Franciacorta is famous worldwide for producing the finest Prosecco in the world. Clearly offering you another very good reason to visit this area. The 27-hole course was opened in 1986 and certainly incorporates much of the personality of American designer Pete Dye. However, he was very ably assisted by his Italian co-designer Marco Croze. As a consequence, a great deal of his Italian style and character is evident throughout.
The result of this stunning collaboration is an 18 hole, par 72 championship course measuring just over 6,561 yards. There is also a 9-hole par 27 executive course on the estate. Both of the courses nestle amidst some 20,000 trees that run along a valley, which itself boasts dramatic views in all directions.
Water does threaten some of the holes though this will only add to the overall challenge and enjoyment of what we think is a very well-crafted layout from which we are sure you will extract maximum enjoyment.
